Katherine "Kathy" Anne Ellis

Kathy Ellis, 62 of Vidor died Sunday, April 18th, 2021 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Decatur, Alabama, she was a lifetime resident of Vidor. Kathy attended Old Faith Baptist Church in Vidor. She enjoyed fishing, dominoes, and listening to music, but most of all she enjoyed being with her grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Friday, April 23, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Kathy is preceded in death by her parents Webster and Aline Bergeron, husband Garry Ellis Sr., brothers Web, Wesley and Darryl Bergeron. She is survived by her sons Garry Ellis Jr. and his wife Becca of Spring, TX, Joshua Ellis of Vidor, TX, honorary daughter Tess Bronson of Kirbyville, TX, brother Darren Bergeron and his wife Shawn of Vidor, TX, sister Rita Bourque and her husband Daine of Vidor, TX, 2 grandchildren Olivia and Edward Ellis, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
