Justin John Cortez

Justin John Cortez, 41, of Vidor, died on Saturday, December 16th, 2023, at his residence. Born in Beaumont, TX, Justin was a lifelong resident of Vidor. He was affiliated with the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and worked as a dedicated pipefitter. A graduate of the Class of 2000 from Home Schooling. In his leisure time, Justin found joy in collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, a passion that reflected his appreciation for nostalgia and Americana. He also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as riding bicycles and savoring the freedom of the open road. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Justin is survived by his loving parents, John and Ellen Cortez, and his sisters Renee Lloyd and her husband Ken, and Laura Rye and her husband Justin, all of Vidor, TX. He leaves behind nephew Quintin Cortez, and nieces Sahara Kitchin and Taylor Rye. Justin's memory will be cherished by his family and friends, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. May Justin rest in peace, and may his family find solace in the cherished memories they shared with him.
