Julia Mae Kirk

Julia Mae Kirk, 91, of Vidor, TX died Wednesday, January 31st, 2018 in Beaumont, TX. She was a lifetime resident of Vidor and graduated Beta Sigma Fi from Cheriere Business College and also sold Artex products for craft projects. Julia was a member of both the Vidor Jaycee-ettes and First United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir. Visitation will be Sunday, February 4, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Monday, February 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Julia is survived by 3 daughters; Dianne Kirk-Jackson of Kirbyville, TX, Marsha Kirk-Green and her husband Brice of Aransas Pass, TX and Karen Kirk-Abshire and her husband Adrian of Las Vega, NV, and 1 son; Dan R. Kirk, Jr. and his wife Martha of Vidor. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. Julia was preceded in death by her husband; Dan Kirk, Sr. and 1 brother; Henry Church.
