Joseph Lee Rougeau

January 17, 1924 — May 20, 2012

Joseph L. Rougeau, 88, of Orange, died Sunday, May 20, 2012 at his residence. A native of Emad, LA., he was a lifelong resident of Orange, and was a retired electrician with the Stark Foundation in Orange. Joseph served his country in the United States Navy during WWII and was a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Joseph is survived by his wife Vernie Rougeau of Orange, sons Gary Wayne Rougeau of China, Kenneth Paul Rougeau, daughters Beverly Jo Norwood, and Janet Rougeau Abrego all of Orange, sister Betty McCurry of Vidor, thirteen grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
