Joseph K. Greer, 41, of Vidor died Friday, July 11, 2014 in Vidor. A lifelong resident of Vidor, Joseph was a self-employed carpenter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2014 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a Christian Vigil will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Joseph was preceded in death by his wife Christina Gayle Greer, brothers James Al Greer, Jr., George Jackson Greer, II., and his uncle Mark A. Zambardino. Joseph is survived by his son Joseph Blake Greer, parents James and Anna Greer, Sr., all of Vidor, aunts Cathy Goza of Vidor, and Ann Herman of Dallas, uncles Michael M. Zambardino of Beaumont, Matthew L. Zambardino of Vidor, Joseph D. Zambardino of Nederland, Damien G. Zambardino, and Stephen W. Zambardino both of Vidor, mother-in-law Joyce Parker, sister-in-law Michelle and Kevin Josey, nieces Lauren Josey, and Kaylynn Josey, nephew Jordan Josey all of Vidor, and numerous cousins and friends.
