Joseph Elton Meche

Elton Meche, 87, of Vidor died Tuesday October 7, 2003 at his residence in Vidor. A native of Churchpoint, LA, he lived in Vidor since 1946. Elton was retired from th State of Texas Highway Department. Elton is survived by his daughter: Shirley Taylor of Vidor, brothers: Willis Meche of Opelousas, LA., LeRoy Meche of Lake Charles, LA., sisters: Viola Lavergne, Lula Richard, Ezolle Lavergne all of Baton Rouge, LA., grandchildren: Angela Kaiser, Joey Taylor both of Vidor, TX., great-granddaughter: Rylie Kaiser of Vidor.
