Joseph Dudley Breaux

Joseph "JD" Breaux, 91, of Vidor, TX died Monday, May 7th, 2018 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, TX. A native of Jefferson Island, LA he was a longtime resident of Vidor. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. JD enjoyed square dancing, going camping and building bird houses. He also enjoyed listening to Blues music. Visitation will be Thursday, May 10, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Friday, May 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. JD is survived by 2 sons; Ronnie Breaux of Wills Point, TX and Mark Breaux and his wife Glenda of Vidor, 5 grandchildren; Tommy Breaux, Kris Raab, Kelly Evans, Carla Perrio and C.J. Breaux. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; Calvin Brown, Maxwell Breaux, Christopher Breaux, Taylor Perrio and Macie Perrio, and 1 brother; Dennis Breaux of Scott, LA. JD was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Breaux, 1 son; Thomas Breaux, a daughter-in-law; Jeanie Breaux and a sister-in-law; Lou Breaux.
