Jonathan E. Smith, 34, of Lafayette, LA., died Tuesday, September 22, 2009 in Lafayette. A native of Vidor, he has lived in Lafayette since 1993, he was a registered nurse, and an assistant manager with Metal Mart. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial services to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville, TX. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Jonathan is survived by his wife Rachel Smith, sons Tristine Smith, Austin Smith, and Landon Smith, parents Billy and Deborah Smith, sisters Jennifer Wheeler, and Elizabeth Venable all of Lafayette, Louisiana.
