Jon Kyle Schlegel

Jon K. Schlegel, 11, of Vidor died August 14, 2004. A native of Port Arthur, TX, he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Jon was a student of Oak Forest Elementary School in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 19, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at the funeral home. Jon is survived by his father: Jon Schlegel and his wife Rebecca of Beaumont, TX., mother: Rebecca Nelson of Vidor, TX., grandparents: Bill Nelson and his wife Kay of Pittsburg, TX., Marsha Kessell of Vidor, TX., brother: Brandon Tillery of Fannett, TX., step-sisters: Nichole Thompson, Natalie Thompson, and Janelle Thompson all of Beaumont, TX., numerous aunts and uncles. Donations can be made to the family at any Texas State Bank.
