Johnie Jewell Gianopoulis

Johnie 'Maw Maw' J. Gianopoulis, 86, of Vidor died Friday, July 11, 2008 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Johnie was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2008 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Johnie was preceded in death by her brothers Bill, Peck, and Dean Overall, sisters Fairy Overall and Bobbie Walker, Grandson Billy Denton and great great granddaughter Jennifer Linn Denton. She is survived by her daughter Bobbie Whittington of Evadale, TX, sister Frankie Deladge of Nederland, TX, grandsons John and Gary Denton, 4 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
