John William Renfroe Sr.

John William Renfroe Sr. 81, of Vidor died Thursday, January 4th, 2024 at baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont, Texas. John was a native of Kentucky but had been a longtime resident of Vidor for some time. He enjoyed the craft of woodworking in his free time. His family meant everything to him, especially his grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was an avid guitar player and singer even up until the very end. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. John is survived by his children John Renfroe Jr. and wife Connie of Vidor, Texas and Tammie Renfroe of North Carolina, his grandchildren, Shane Wilson of Vidor, TX, Justin and Jacob Acree of Garland, TX, Hunter Hollifield of Flat Rock, NC, and Chase Hollifield of Flat Rock, NC, as well as numerous great grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his wife Vivian Renfroe.
