John "Johnny" Delton Chambles

Johnny Chambles, 58, of Vidor died Saturday, September 24, 2016 at his Vidor residence. Johnny was born in El Campo, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. He was a member of Pipefitters Local Union # 195 for over 35 years. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed sports. Johnny loved being around all of his family, but especially being around the grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with cremation to follow. Johnny is survived by his wife of 36 years Annie Chambles, sons Dewayne "Michael" Jones, and Johnathan Chambles, daughters Jamie Damrel and Karen Chambles all of Vidor, TX, parents Roland and Myrtle Chambles of Crockett, TX, brothers Kenneth Chambles of Vidor, TX, sister Sherree Pipps of Nederland, TX and 8 grandchildren.
