JoAnn Talcott

JoAnn Talcott, 82, of Vidor, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 10th, 2024. JoAnn was a devoted homemaker and a cherished member of the Vidor community, where she spent most of her life creating a warm and welcoming space for family and friends.

Known for her love of owls and angel figurines, JoAnn's home was filled with these treasured symbols of wisdom and protection, reminding everyone of her gentle, nurturing spirit. She took the most pride in her role as a grandmother and great-grandmother, always finding joy in the company of her grandchildren, who brought a sparkle to her eyes.

JoAnn is survived by her beloved daughter, Laronda Talcott of Vidor, TX, and her daughter-in-law, Lannie Talcott of Vidor, TX. She also leaves behind five grandchildren: Kaz Talcott, Joseph Talcott, Danielle Kirkland, Jennifer Talcott, and Ferrin Chance; along with 11 great-grandchildren who will carry forward her legacy of love.

JoAnn's family and friends will remember her warmth, her kindness, and the special place she held in their lives. Her memory will live on through the many lives she touched with love and grace.
