Jimmie "Huelon" Watson

Jimmie "Huelon" Watson, 88, of Vidor, TX died Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 at The Meadows Nursing and Rehab in Orange, TX. A native of Benoit, MS, Huelon was a longtime resident of Vidor who enjoyed fishing and working in his garden. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Visitation will be Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with his funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Huelon was survived by 3 daughters; Jimmie Ann Billings of Denver, CO, Linda Gail Lambert and her husband Russell of Allen, TX, and Elizabeth Rose Watson of Hueytown, AL, 1 son; William R "Bill" Watson and his wife Connie of Vidor. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and 2 sisters; Peggy Martin of Walker, LA and Jewel Newton of Rolling Fork, MS. He was preceded in death by his wife Agnes "Lavern" Watson.
