Jean J.B. Gay

JEAN B. “J.B.” GAY Jean B. “J.B.” Gay, 76, of Vidor died Saturday, July 26, 2003 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Evangeline, Louisiana he has lived in Vidor since 1961, and was a retired truck driver with McClean Trucking, and also a member of the Teamsters Union. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, during the Korean Conflict. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 29, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with entombment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, Texas. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Treba Gay, daughters, Karen Gifford of Port Neches, TX., Sharron Cooper of Vidor, TX., Pamela Gay of Port Arthur, TX., and Sonja Gay of Conroe, TX., brother, Houston Gay of Temple, TX., and one grandchild, Cody Hebert.
