Jason George-Derek Mcintosh

Jason McIntosh, 21, of Vidor died Friday, July 4, 2003 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Beaumont he was a lifelong resident of Vidor, Texas. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at 4:00p.m. at 380 Ellis Lane in Vidor, Texas. He is survived by his father, Danny McIntosh of Vidor, TX., mother, Doris Prewitt Gentz, and step-father Chris Gentz of Princeton, TX., brothers, Billy McIntosh of Houston, TX., and Travis Gentz of Iraq, sister, Heather Smith of Princeton, TX., Grandparents, Nellie McIntosh of Vidor, TX., and Bill Lillie Prewitt Barnett of Beaumont, TX., and two nephews, Carson McIntosh, and Inan “Joey” Smith.
