James M. Nunez

James M. Nunez, 70, of Vidor died Thursday, July 10, 2008 at his residence. A native of Creole, LA, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. James was an instrument technician for Dupont for 30 years and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. A visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. James is survived by his wife of Mary Nunez, sons David W. Nunez of New Orleans, LA, Michael Nunez of Beaumont, TX, daughter Delores A. Malin of Mauriceville, TX, mother Allie Nunez of Lake Charles, LA, sisters Frances Hebert of Duson, LA, Myra LeBoeuf Lake Charles, LA, Phyllis Swire of Cameron, LA, and 6 grandchildren.
