James "Jim" Harvey

James "Jim" Harvey, 76 of Vidor, TX died Thursday, April 25th, 2019 at his residence. A native of Chicago, IL he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Jim worked as a welder for many years and enjoyed hunting and drinking coffee with his friends but he especially loved spending time with his family. Visitation will Monday, April 29, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 55 years; Nancy Harvey, 1 daughter; Jennifer Harvey of Vidor, 1 grandson; Colby Morvant and his wife Christina of Vidor, 3 great grandchildren; Rose Morvant, Jacelinn Morvant and Arabella Morvant. Jim was preceded in death by 1 son; Christopher Harvey, 1 daughter; Jill Harvey and 1 granddaughter; Britney Harvey.
