James Fred Herford

James F. Herford, 73, of Vidor died Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of Conroe, TX., he was a lifelong resident of Vidor, and was a retired boilermaker with Union Local #587. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. He is survived by his brothers August Herford of Great Falls, MT., and Beuford Herford of Vidor.
