Jack D. Donley, 78, of Vidor died Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Lexington Place Nursing Home in Houston. A native of Malakoff, TX, he lived in Vidor for 32 years. Jack was an Operator at Gulf Oil and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at First United Methodist Church in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home. Jack is survived by his wife of 58 years Betty Donley of Vidor, TX, sons: Jack Donley of Houston, TX, Richard Donley and his wife Jan of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, daughter: Sharon Crawford and her husband Carl of Port Lavaca, TX. In lieu of flower donation can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 2909 W. Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 77025 or First United Methodist Church 501 N. Main St., Vidor, TX 77662.
