J. Berry Steeley, Sr.

J. Berry Steeley, Sr., 88, of Vidor died Sunday, July 30, 2006 at his residence. A native of Tahlequah, OK., he has lived in Vidor for 60 years and retired after 38 years with Mobil Oil Refinery, and he owned and operated Hwy Trailer Park in Vidor for 25 years. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at the funeral home. He is survived by his sons, J. Berry Steeley, Jr of Beaumont, and Raymond Steeley of Village Mills, TX., six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
