Isabel R. James, 79, died Thursday March 13, 2003 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Rio Grande City, Texas. She was a home maker and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor. she is survived by her sons: Edward James of Jennings, TX., Charles James of Vidor, TX., Jerry James of Vancouver, WA., Eric James of Denham Springs, LA., daughter: Jeannie Low of Vidor, TX., brother: Efrian Garcia of Rio Grande City, TX., sisters: Dahlia Garcia of Rio Grande City, TX., Chello Garcia of Sacramento, CA., 23 Grandchildren, 39 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
