Inez Mary Schommer

Inez M. Schommer, 86, of Vidor died Thursday, October 19, 2006 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, TX, she has lived in Vidor since 1970. Inez was retired from Sun Oil company. She was a member of the Desk and Derrick Club and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor. Rite of Committal services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday October 22, 2006 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a Christian Vigil at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, October 21, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home. Inez was preceded in death by her husband William Schommer and her sister Shirley Hinson. She is survived by her son: Billy Schommer of New Orleans, LA, brother: Everette Barrilleaux of Beaumont, TX, sister: Anna Belle Lewis of Vidor, TX, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
