Imogene "Jean" McGann, 96, passed away at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas. She was born December 25, 1918, in Douglas, Texas to Earley Moore and Carra Stokes Moore. She had previously lived in Vidor, TX., since 1930, but in recent years had lived in Beaumont, TX.. She and her husband J.B. "Mac" McGann had also maintained a home at Crystal Beach for many years. She was a 1936 graduate of Vidor High School and a member of the Beaumont Seventh Day Adventist Church. Imogene is survived by one daughter Lynda LeBlanc and husband Jimmy of Nederland, TX., grandchildren Jeffery Elliott and wife Lorry of Beaumont, TX., Laura Elliott Tamplin of Vidor, TX., great grandchildren T.K. Tamplin, Colin Tamplin, Melissa Elliott and Ian Elliott all of Vidor, TX., and one great great grandchild Evan, also sister Geneva Erwin of Vidor. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband J.B. "Mac" McGann, also sisters Mildred Farris, Dorothy Packard and Mary Moore and a brother Murphy Moore. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor. A visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Friday, October 9, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
