Hubert Allen Sharp

Hubert "Rufus" Sharp, 65, of Vidor, TX died Sunday, November 19th, 2017 at home. A native of Louisiana, Rufus was a longtime resident of Vidor who enjoyed listening to music and watching old concerts and music videos. He was a strong believer in God and was known to have a good heart and didn't mind helping people. Rufus was a good father and grandpaw. He is survived by his son; Allen Sharp, grandson; Joseph Sharp, both of Vidor, step mother; Audrey Sharp of Kinder, LA, 3 brothers; Chris Sharp of Beaumont, TX, Sam Sharp and Mitch Sharp, both of Kinder, LA. He is also survived by a sister-in-law; Linda Pollock and her husband Wayne of Vidor, and 2 brother-in-laws; Billy Ray Warren of Vidor and John Henry Colllins of Silsbee, TX. Rufus was preceded in death by his wife; Glenda Jill Sharp, parents; Marvin and Melvina Sharp, and brother; Jimmy Sharp.
