Howard Andy Burnett, Sr

Andy Burnett, 63, of Vidor died April 19, 2008 at his residence. A native of DeQuincy, LA, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Andy was a retired self employed carpenter and served his country in the US Air Force. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Andy was preceded in death by his parents Ocie Burnett and Hattie LaPoint, sons Wayne Burnett, daughter Bonnie Jenkins, great grandchildren Hayden and Dalton Church. He is survived by his wife Linda Burnett, sons B.J. Burnett of DeRidder, LA, David Kerr of Galena, MO, daughters Laura Moore of Vidor, TX, Christine Maddox of DeRidder, LA, Kimberly Burnett of Pitkins, LA, Karyn Lewis of Vidor, TX, Kathy Kerr of Broken Arrow, OK, Joy Ferguson of Vidor, TX, step-father Clarence LaPoint, brothers Harry Burnett of Dayton, TX, Jeston Burnett of Starks, LA and 18 grandchildren.
