Harold Wayne Gardenhire Jr.

Wayne Gardenhire, 65, of Vidor died Tuesday, May 16th, 2017 at MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, TX. Wayne was a native of Port arthur, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. He graduated from Nederland and served his country in the US Air Force. Wayne loved baseball and helped coach the Vidor pony league. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. a memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, May 19, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home. Wayne is survived by his sons Harold "Hal" Wayne Gardenhire III and wife Kim, Christopher "Chris" Lee Gardenhire and wife Imelda all of Vidor, TX, sister Carol Sue Hamerly of Suffolk, VA and 3 grandchildren.
