Harold Dean Peck

Harold D. Peck, 79, of Vidor died Thursday, September 4, 2008 at his residence. A native of Fowler, Indiana, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Harold was retired from the US Navy where he served in the Seabees. He was a truck driver and construction worker after he retired from the Navy. Harold is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 8, 2008 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, September 7, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Harold is survived by his wife Freddie Maureen Oldbury Peck of Vidor, son Duane Peck and his wife Sydney of Vidor, TX, daughters Linda Arnold and her husband Johnny of Phoenix, AZ, Tami Heintschel and her husband Gary of Vidor, TX, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
