Harlan Steinmann

Harlan R. Steinmann, 76, of Vidor died Thursday September 18, 2003 at his residence in Vidor. He lived in Vidor since 1985 and was retired from Illinois Tool Works . Harlan serviced his country in the U.S. Navy during WW II. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday September 22, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del-Rose Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Sunday September 21, 2003 at the funeral home. He is preceded in death by two sons: Michael and Patrick Steinmann and a daughter: Terri Rich. Harlan is survived by his wife of 18 years Sandi Steinmann of Vidor, TX., sons: Jeffrey Steinmann of Kingsport, TN., Steven Steinmann of Ft. Worth, TX., Donald Hafemeister of El Paso, TX., daughters: Constance Keels of Durham, NC., Lorinda Starks and Martha Lou Garel both of Madison, WI., Vikki Vokes of Madrid, IA., adopted daughters: Susan Jones and Christine Eblen both of Vidor, TX., brother: Wilbert Steinmann of Hannibal, MO., sisters: Hazel Pohlman of Milford, DE., Helen Brabant and Loraine Frye both of Hannibal, MO., 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
