Grace "Liz" Elizabeth Maida

Liz Maida, 56 of Vidor died Sunday, January 28, 2018 in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Beaumont, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Liz attended Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor and spent most of her adult life in sales, but she loved being a mother and homemaker for her family the most. Liz loved communicating with all people, she never meet a stranger. She was a giver and loved all people. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Liz was preceded in death by her mother Louise Wukasch, brother Sam Maida and sister Mary Grisham. She is survived by her sons Peyton Decker of Vidor, TX and Hunter Decker of TN, father and step mother Samuel J. and Billie Maida of Beaumont, TX, brothers Beau Maida and Chad Wukasch both of Vidor, TX, Louis Wukasch Jr of Houston, TX, and sister Terri Ardis of Vidor, TX.
