Gilford Broussard

Gilford Broussard, 77, of Vidor died October 7th, 2014 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Gilford was a longtime resident of Vidor and a truck driver for Trinity Ind where he then later retired. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Sun Oct 12th, 2014 held at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Sat Oct 11th, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Gilford is survived by his daughters Lori Mathews, and Jeannie LaBorde both of Vidor, TX; sons Glen Broussard of Beaumont, TX, Leeward Broussard of Vidor, TX; brothers Eddie Broussard of Beaumont., TX, Dupre Broussard Jr of Walker, LA, Nick Broussard of Orange, TX; sisters Nabbie Brown of Duson, LA, Ronola Daigle of Church Point, LA, Barbara Meche of Rayne, LA; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
