Geraldine Wade Savoy

Geraldine W. Savoy, 65, died Saturday, November 15, 2003 at her residence in Vidor, TX. A native of Orange County, she has lived in Vidor since 1956, and retired after 23 years as a computer tech with Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. She attended Paris Junior College, and Scheneer Business College in Beaumont. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 19, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Savoy was preceded in death by her son in 2001 Joseph B. Savoy. She is survived by her daughter, Gwendolyn Watson and her huband Ricky of Vidor, brother, Carl A. Wade of Paris, TX., one grandchild Brooke Watson, numerous nieces, and nephews, and her lovable puppy “Cracker”.
