Gabrella Smith

Gabrella Smith, 95, of Vidor, TX died Saturday, February 1st, 2020 Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Oak Vale, MS she was a longtime resident of Vidor and longtime member of Northwest Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, doing yardwork and working Word Search puzzles but she especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with her funeral services at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Gabrella is survived by 2 daughters; Jo Ann Burks of Hartburg, TX and Marsha Smith of Vidor, 2 sons; Kendall Smith and his wife Lucy of Vidor and Michael Smith and his wife Nancy of Nacogdoches, TX, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Hursey Smith and 4 sisters; Thetis Langston, Jesse Chance, Velma Alexander and Yvonne Daniel.
