Fred L. Quillin

Fred L. “Buddy” Quillin, 77, of Vidor died Friday April 11, 2003 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Ft. Worth, TX., he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Buddy was a retired Iron worker with Local Union # 125. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 1286 in Vidor and Park Side Christian Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday April 14, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Virginia Quillin of Vidor, TX., son: John L. Quillin of Baytown, TX., daughters: Laurie Davis and Cathy O’Pry both of Houston, TX., sisters: Mary Frazier and Sherry Dale Ferguson both of Lumberton, TX., 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
