Frank Pierce Stone III

Franklin Pierce Stone III, 60, of Vidor, TX, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, September 7th, 2024. A longtime resident of Vidor, Franklin was known for his love of the outdoors, especially hunting, and his enthusiasm for watching NASCAR. Whether he was in the woods or cheering on his favorite drivers, Franklin lived life with passion and a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures. He is survived by his loving sisters, Nora Hodge and her husband Doug of Vidor, TX, and Brenda Gibson of Orange, TX. His children, Jordan Stone and his wife Brittany of Orange, TX, and Dustin Stone and Katelyn Stone of St. Joseph, MO. He also leaves behind nine beloved grandchildren and his numerous friends and extended family will miss him dearly. Franklin was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Pierce Stone Jr. and Martha Jane Stone, as well as his daughter, Jessica Nicole Stone, whose memory remained close to his heart. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
