Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Frankie is survived by his father Bryan Phillips, sisters Addison Phillips of Sour Lake, TX, Delilah Hodge Phillips of Port Neches, TX, gandparents Stephen and Betty Phillips of Alba, TX.
