Frances L. Adams, 81, of Vidor died Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at her residence. A native of Goosecreek, TX., she has lived in Vidor since 1955, and retired after 32 years as a telephone operator with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company., and was a proud member of The Telephone Company Pioneers. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband T.W. Adams of 32 years, three brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her sons, Larry Adams and wife Kay of Spurger, TX., and Kenneth Adams and wife Pam of Kountze, TX., daughters, Judy Judice and husband Don of Lafayette, LA., Liz Willey and husband Don of Vidor, TX., and Lisa Adams of Beaumont, TX., brother, David Outhouse and wife Alice of Bridge City, TX., seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
