Everitt Victor Baxter

Everitt V. Baxter, 70, of Vidor died Sunday, June 28, 2009 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of Beaumont, he has lived in Vidor for 15 years, and was a retired general manager with Jacks Tire Service. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp Reserves. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Everitt was preceded in death by his sons Rocky Lynn Baxter, and Patrick Victor Baxter. He is survived by his wife Thelma Dean Baxter of Vidor, sons Richard Baxter of Lumberton, Randall Baxter of Berkley, CA., Michael Baxter and his wife Sheryl of Buna, Troy Baxter and his wife Dawn of Lorodge, LA., Milton Goss and his wife Tina of Vidor, daughter Deborah Lisenby and her husband Scott of Mauriceville, sisters Juanita Allen of Sour Lake, and Annie Earline Carmichael of Beaumont, ten grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
