Eunice Elaine Stratton

Eunice Elaine Stratton, 71 of Orange, TX, died Saturday, August 29th, 2020 in Dallas. She is a native and lifelong resident of Vidor, TX, where she raised her family while working as a LVN. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children Clifton Carahan of Oyster Creek, TX, Arlissa Beaumont of Orange, TX, and Rene' Moore of Atlanta, TX. Her brothers Freddy Yellott of Trinity, TX, Ray Yellott of Hemphill, TX, and Philip Yellott of Vidor, TX, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Elaine is also survived by her step children Robert Stratton Jr, John Stratton, Lori Hammond, Chris Stratton, Steve Stratton and numerous step grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Stratton Sr., parents Arliss and Ellnore Yellott, brother Gary Joe Yellott Sr., and son-in-law Glenn F. Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Del-Rose Cemetery in Vidor.
