Ersel Rice Mcquerry

ERSEL R, McQUERRY, 95, of Vidor died Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at Pine Arbor Nursing Home in Silsbee, TX. A native of Carrollton, IL., he has lived in Vidor since 1960, and was a retired boilermaker with Flour, Inc., and Co-owner of MH Manufacturing. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 5, 2003 at Lakeview Baptist Church of Vidor at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, TX. Visitation will be held Friday, April 4, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. He is preceded in death by the mother of his children Ruth McQuerry, and his son Packard McQuerry. He is survived by his wife Velma McQuerry of Vidor, TX., sons: James R. McQuerry of Buna, TX., and William W. McQuerry of Tampa, FL., brother, Audrey McQuerry of Live Oak, CA, Randall Peters of Carrollton, IL., sisters: Johnnie Moupin of Carrollton, IL., Marilee DeGuire of LaFollitte, TN., and Hazel Roberts of Carrollton, IL. Thirteen Grandchildren, and Sixteen Great Grandchildren.
