Elnora Singleton

Elnora Singleton, 95, of Vidor died Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Oragefield, TX, she was a lifelong resident of Vidor. She was a 1932 Vidor High School Graduate. Elnora was an employee of Gus Mayer for 25 years and a long time member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Singleton Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Elnora is survived by her son Joey Singleton of Vidor, TX, daughter Judy Wilkins of Lumberton, TX, 1 grandchild and 2 great-grandchildren.
