Ellen "Shelly" Dehart

Ellen "Shelly" DeHart, of Taylor, TX, passed away on January 3rd, 2018 at the age of 42. She was born in Beaumont, TX on July 7th, 1975 to parents Ellen Schmidtchen and Robert D. Herrin. Shelly worked for Round Rock ISD as a diagnostician. Visitation will be Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to be at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Shelly is survived by daughter, Adalynn King and son, Steven King; mother, Ellen Schmidtchen and husband Walter; father, Robert Herrin and wife, Silvia; brother, Walter Kurt Schmidtchen and wife Vicki; as well as three nieces and many extended loving family members.
