Elizabeth G. Haire, 79, of Silsbee, TX died Thursday, December 21st, 2017 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care. A native Pleasant Hill, LA she was a longtime resident of Vidor, TX who liked cooking, sewing and working in her flower garden. Elizabeth loved spendting time with her family and friends and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 26, 2017 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Interment will be Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Spring Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, LA. Elizabeth is survived by 2 daughters; Jan Dicken of Vidor and Shirley Douthitt and her husband Jeff of Pt. Arthur, TX, 1 son; Maurice Haire of Vidor, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter and 1 brother.
