Earl Donalvon Walker

Earl D. Walker, 68, of Vidor died Monday March 29, 2004 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Rapides Parish, LA., he lived in Vidor for 52 years. Earl owned and operated Walker welding in Orange. He served his country in The U.S. Army during the Korean Era and was a member of First Baptist Church of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at the funeral home. Earl is survived by his wife Libby Walker of Vidor, TX., sons: Glen Walker and his wife Kirstie of Beaumont, TX., Shannon Walker of Grand Saline, TX., daughter: Debra Norman and her husband Aaron of Orange, TX., sister: Maggie Dell O’Neal of Pineville, LA., grandchildren: Justin Walker, Jaisa Walker, Casey Walker, Jordan Walker.
