Dudley Mccabe Jr

Dudley "Dud" "Bo" McCabe, Jr, 74 of Vidor died Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Dud was a instrumentation Tech and was a pipefitter with local union #195 in Nederland, TX. He was a 50 year member of Pine Forest Masonic Lodge #1420 and First Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Dud was preceded in death by his son Warren Wesley McCabe, daughter Becky McCabe, parents Bo Bo and Agnes McCabe, sister Barbara Smith and grandson Marty McCabe. He is survived by his wife Betty McCabe, son Roger McCabe, daughter Carol OQuinn and her husband Larry all of Vidor, TX, brothers Bob, Jay, and Lonnie McCabe all of Vidor, TX, sisters Jeanette Jenson of Lufkin, TX, Shirley Goss of Dayton, TX, Betty Strange and Gloria Harvey both of Jasper, TX, grandchildren Laura and Clint Williams, Rachael McCabe, Kim Joslin, great-grandchildren Maddy and Camden Joslin.
