Doris Joan Taylor

Joan Taylor, 74, of Beaumont died Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Winters, TX, she lived in Beaumont for the past two years. She attended Trinity Methodist Church in Beaumont and was a homemaker. Memorial services were held Friday, April 25, 2014 at First United Methodist Church in Vidor, with entombment at Restland Cemetery in Dallas, TX. Joan is survived by her husband of 23 years M.C. Taylor of Vidor, TX, daughters Karen Maxwell and Kaye O'Leary both of Plano, TX, step-son Mark Taylor of Forney, TX, and Tim Taylor of Decatur, AL, step-daughter Katrina Brumley of Vidor, TX and Tonya Allen of Colmesneil, TX, 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. The Taylor family would like to express their appreciation to Laura Bell for her love and care.
