Donald Hugh Desormeaux

Donald H. Desormeaux, 81, of Vidor died Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Oakgrove Nursing Home in Groves. A native of Bell City, LA., he was a lifelong resident of Vidor, and was a retired machinist with Ideco. He served his country in the United States Army. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home. Donald was preceded in death by his wife Mary Desormeaux, son Daron Desormeaux, brothers Charles Fontenot, and Johnny Desormeaux. He is survived by his son Daryl Desormeaux of Conroe, daughter Denise Hollier of Groves, brother Jake Desormeaux of Vidor, sister Darlene Moore of Vidor, and Carol Stevenson of Beaumont, six grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
