Dick Clarence Rector

Dick Clarence Rector, 66, of Vidor, TX died Tuesday, July 31st, 2018 at his home. A native of Vidor he worked for many years at the Chevron Pt. Arthur refinery where he retired. Dick enjoyed going to the flea market and deer hunting but he especially loved to spend time with his family and friends. A memorial gathering will be Friday, August 3, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Dick is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Rose Rector, 2 sons; Dick Rector and Jon Rector both of Vidor, and 1 daughter; Dawn Dickson and her husband Sean of Beaumont, TX, 4 grandchildren; Caitlin, Blaine, Presley, and Paisley, and 1 sister; Milda Frazier of Prosper, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents; Milford and Lanell Rector. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
