Debra Jo Powell Phillips Beloved Daughter, Wife and Mother born December 27, 1951 died March 9, 2017. Long Time Resident of Vidor, TX. Preceded in death by father Joe Powell and son Joshua Phillips. Survived by spouse Marvin Harold Phillips of Vidor Children: Marvin Phillips Jr., Steven Phillips, Jennifer Gross, Jon-Michael Phillips and Matthew Phillips. Mother: Evelyn Powell Van Houten Brothers: Paul Powell and David Powell Grandchildren: Jerrith, Jasper, Jena, Julie, Bailey, Morgan, Kyle, Aiden, Steven & Brandon. Graduate of Vidor High School Class of 1970. Her greatest joy was her family. Her favorite pastime was genealogy and family history. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm and visitation will begin at 1:00 pm monday, March 13, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
