Dawn Michelle Elmeier

Dawn M. Elmeier, 50 of Vidor died Saturday, January 12th, 2019 at her residence. A native of Houston, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Dawn was a member of Silver Oaks Baptist Church in Orange. She was a devoted mother to her children and grandchildren for which she was known as meme maw. Dawn had shown her family how to be a warrior fighting Huntington disease for fifteen years. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Silver Oaks Baptist Church. Dawn is survived by her husband of 33 years Bill Elmeier of Vidor, TX, daughter Candace Presson of Conroe, TX, sons Dustin and Nathan Elmeier both of Vidor, TX, twin brother Dwayne Clements of Conroe, TX and 2 grandchildren.
